Acceptable Use Policy

Use Arborly to run your own tree business, lawfully. Don't misuse it, copy it, or share it outside your business.

• Use Arborly for anything illegal, harmful or fraudulent, or to store anything you don't have the right to.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or try to get at Arborly's source code, or build a competing product from it.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from Arborly, or access it with bots or scripts other than through features we provide.
• Resell, rent, sublicense or share access to Arborly with anyone outside your business.
• Try to break, overload or get around Arborly's security, or get into another business's data.
• Upload viruses or anything designed to cause harm.
• Use Arborly to send spam, or to message people who haven't agreed to hear from you.

Each subscription covers one business, and the crew who work for it, up to your plan's crew limit. Running a second business, or sharing an account with another company, needs its own subscription.

Each person should have their own login. Don't share one login between several people.

We can suspend or close the account. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it, unless it's serious, or the law or someone's safety says we shouldn't. See Ending things in our Terms.
