- What counts as crew?
- The people you add to your team: climbers, groundies and contractors, each with their own login. Starter covers up to 3, Pro up to 10, and Business and Multi-Business have no limit.
- Do I need a card for the free trial?
- No. You get 14 days free with your real crew, no card needed. When the trial ends you pick a plan, or the app goes read-only: you can still see everything, but you can't change anything.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, any time from Settings. Move up when the crew grows, or down in a quiet patch.
- What's Multi-Business for?
- Owners running more than one company, say a tree business and a separate firewood or landscaping outfit. Up to three businesses under one login, each with its own jobs, crew, branding and Xero, and you switch between them in one tap.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months. Your data stays yours.
- Can you help me move across from what I use now?
- Yes. On Business and Multi-Business we help move your jobs and clients across. Arborly doesn't replace Xero: from Pro up, your invoices go straight into it.
